Limit sun exposure and ensure you are wearing sunscreen post-treatment.
Avoid exercises and excessive heat such as Saunas and hot showers for 24 hours post-treatment
Pause on using active ingredients in your skincare regime for the first 3 days post-treatment. Your skin may feel a little more sensitive than usual. Your therapist will clarify the correct products to use post-treatment to ensure the skin is not irritated.
